Located in Manhattan’s Financial District, this mixed-use high-rise brings together residential, hospitality, retail, and shared amenity spaces within a contemporary urban development. The visualization explores the building’s relationship with the surrounding city through carefully composed exterior and arrival-space perspectives across daylight and evening conditions.

TO RENDER STUDIO developed the architectural visualizations for The Moinian Group, focusing on material realism, lighting, composition, atmosphere, and the building’s presence within the city.
